The Definition of “Let’s All Be Human”

Let's All Be Human was created to change how we think about ourselves, others, and mental wellness—specifically authentic living. I wantd to transform the life of even one person, allowing them to live authentically as their natural self without being categorized as someone living in fear, escaping through coping mechanisms, or trapped in comparisons of who's better off. We share one thing in common as humans: the human experience. No matter your occupation, what your family is like, or what you do for fun, we all make mistakes, love, cry, face unfairness, and experience joy—like when a child smiles because they like the color of your headband as you walk down the sidewalk. These moments are truly magical and worth focusing on. So as people, as humans, let's recognize what makes us equal and powerful in our own unique ways.

It starts with you—one individual willing to live authentically, boldly, and human. One person choosing to stop the cycle of comparison, fear, and performance. One person brave enough to remember what really matters. That’s how a new future begins: one person at a time. That’s why I created the 'Let’s All Be Human' stickers—small reminders of our commitment to authenticity in a world that often encourages us to be anything but human.

Let’s All Be Human — A Manifesto

We were born to be perfectly who we intrinsically are.

Raised by instinct. Shaped by experience.

Life is unexpected, unfair, beautiful, chaotic—but peaceful when we root ourselves in truth, in desire, and in the stillness that speaks to our soul.

To be compassionate.

To hold space for the person across from us with genuine curiosity.

To ask, “What shaped you?”

To listen without needing to fix, correct, or compare. Just listen.

To be authentic.

To check in with yourself, often.

To ask, “What makes me smile? What brings peace?”

And then, to do more of that—every single day.

To be uncomfortable.

To stand at the edge of something terrifying—shaking, uncertain, convinced you’re not ready.

But you take one small step anyway. That’s bravery. That’s humanity.

To be sad.

To cry due to the unfairness.

To overthink, question yourself, or feel stuck—and still choose to move.

Feel the sadness fully, and do one small thing to feel just a little better today.

To be joyful.

To light up rooms with your laugh, your energy, your kindness.

To spread hope, forgiveness, and love.

Because we all carry that light.

This is what it means to be human.

Let’s All Be Human.
